Any person accessing the http://vnatech.com website (hereinafter the "Site") is committed to comply with these terms and conditions, which may for some services be supplemented by special conditions.

VNA GROUP reserves the right to modify and update at any time access to the Website and these Terms of Use. These modifications and updates are imposed on the user who must therefore regularly refer to this section to check the General Conditions in force.

Art. 2 Personal data and other data

2.2 In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the host will retain your login information covered by professional secrecy and processed in compliance with legal provisions on personal data.

If you want to establish a hypertext link to our Site, you must therefore contact the Site Manager. VNA GROUP can under no circumstances be held responsible for content on sites that are the subject of a hypertext link from this Site.

Art. 4 Cookies

Prices or rates mentioned in our pages are 'maximum recommended prices "at the date of the last update of the website. These prices may experience variations. Moreover, these maximum recommended prices may change periodically or at the time of changing collections of VNA GROUP.

Art. 6 Illegal/Incorrect Content on Web Site

According to the law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the economy, you can alert the host to the presence of content that you consider unlawful or incorrect by completing the downloadable form (click the link). The host will appreciate such alerts of incorrect/Illegal contents.

The fact, for any person to present content or activity as illegal in order to obtain the withdrawal or to stop the broadcast, when they know that inaccurate information is punishable by a year imprisonment and a 15,000 euro fine.
